  1. 300 gmPaneer
  2. 2Tomato
  3. 1 spoonCumin seeds
  4. 4Cardamom
  5. 1Red Chilli
  6. 2 spoonCurd
  7. 1 spoonCoriander powder
  8. to tasteSalt and sugar

  10. 1 cupPotato cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast cumin seeds and cardamom.

    Blend it into fine powder.

  3. 3

    Roast the tomatoes.

    Blend them into fine paste.

  5. 5

    Perboil peas and potatoes. Set aside.

    Boil oil in pan. Fry paneer pieces.

  7. 7

    After frying set them aside.

    Take curd in a bowl. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder. Mix everything.

    Boil oil in pan. Put the mixture of card and Indian spices in it. Stir for a while.

    Now put the tomato mixture and cumin seed powder mixture.

    Add fried paneer pieces when masala starts giving oil. Add the potatoes and peas. Cook in low flame for a while.

    Add water if needed.
