  2. 7 ozpaneer, cut into cubes (about 200 grams)
  3. 1/2 cupgreen peas (about 75 grams)
  4. 1/2 teaspoonred chili powder
  5. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  6. 1 1/2 teaspoonsKitchen King masala
  7. 1small onion
  8. 5-6garlic cloves
  9. 1small piece ginger
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 4cashews
  12. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  13. 1large tomato
  14. 1 teaspoondried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)

    Wash the spinach thoroughly. Boil the spinach with cashews, salt, a pinch of sugar, and water in a pressure cooker. Let it cool, then blend into a smooth paste.

    In a blender, blend the onion, ginger, and garlic into a paste. Separately, blend the tomato. Heat oil in a pan, add the onion and tomato pastes, and sauté. Add the spinach paste and cook for 3-4 minutes.

    Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and Kitchen King masala. Stir well. Add the green peas and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
