Enjoy this restaurant-style Palak Matar Paneer—spinach and peas with paneer cubes. You're sure to love it!
Cooking Instructions

Wash the spinach thoroughly. Boil the spinach with cashews, salt, a pinch of sugar, and water in a pressure cooker. Let it cool, then blend into a smooth paste.

In a blender, blend the onion, ginger, and garlic into a paste. Separately, blend the tomato. Heat oil in a pan, add the onion and tomato pastes, and sauté. Add the spinach paste and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and Kitchen King masala. Stir well. Add the green peas and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the paneer cubes, mix gently, and add a little water. Cover and let it simmer. Add dried fenugreek leaves and let the gravy thicken. Your Palak Matar Paneer is ready to serve.
