Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4boiled potatoes
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 teaspoonamchur powder
  • 1 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoonbesan
  • 1 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  • 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  • 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 1 teaspoonkasuri meethi
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tablespoonoil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly peeled and break the potatoes in small pieces.

  2. 2

    Take bowl put besan, coriander powder, Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and with the help of water make paste and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Then tak pan put oil and heat it then put cumin seeds spluter them. Then add besan paste saute till oil separated.

  4. 4

    Then add milk boiled it, add potatoes and mix well. After one boil, switch off the flame.

  5. 5

    Enjoy with Puri or naan.
