Ingredients

  • 1/2 cuprajma
  • 1 teaspoontamarind purée
  • 1 teaspoonrajma masala
  • 1 teaspoonchilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonkasuri methi
  • 1/2 teaspoonjaggery powder
  • 1/2 inchginger

Steps

  1. 1

    First soak rajma for six hours and cook for 6 whistles and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Now add oil heat add jeera hing ginger grated and then add tamarind pulp. Cook with jaggery for two mins. Now add all the masala with one teaspoon water and simmer for a min. Time to add cooked rajma with half cup water close and cook for 3 mins. Mash with aloo masher slighlty to get a thick consistency.
