Remove d coconut from the shelve

Use grater with small grating parts grate and remove the brown skin of coconut

Wash and grate the coconut

In a blender add the grated coconut with little amount of water and blend well,use clean sieving cloth,sieve the coconut well to have ur coconut milk(use d milk for coconut rice, coconut pudding and many more)

The remains from the coconut milk,spray it on a clean tray allow to dry iver night in your kitchen and u will have ur dessicated coconut,store in a container and cover it.(use dessicated coconut for toppings in cakes, colour it as u desired,add to ur rice and many more)
