  • 1 cuppowder milk
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tbsflour
  • 1 tbssuji
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1 tspcream
  • 1 cupsugar for sugar syrup
  • 2 cupwater
  • Oil for Frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add dry ingredients and mix.

  2. 2

    Add oil and cream.add egg gradually.maximum half egg Will enough for perfect dough.

  3. 3

    Make Small size balls.

  4. 4

    In pot add sugar and water and makes sugar syrup.

    Fry gulab jamun in oil medium flame and add in sugar syrup.it's ready for serve.
