Wash the lettuce and place it on the tray.

In a plate take boiled shrimp and add oil and seasonings as required and mix it well.

You can also add mayonnaise and tomatoes and onions if want.

Place this mixture on top of the lettuce kept on tray put some dressing like cherries or dry fruits or tomatoes of different shape.
