Steps

Take mutton in a large bowl,add curd and all powdered spices exept garam masala powder.Add ginger garlic paste also.Mix and leave mutton for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan,add all whole garam masala.Add sliced onion and fry till golden.

Add marinated mutton,mix well.Cover and cook till water dries.Cook some more minutes till oil/ghee separates.

Add salt and 3 cups water.Cover and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.

Mutton is tender now,stir and cook till water dries,add garam masala,cook for 2-3 minutes.Put off flame and leave for 5 minutes.

Lalmaas is ready to serve.Serve with rice/roti.
