Heat oil in a cooker.Add jeera,after crackling jeera add onion-tomatoes-ginger-garlic-greenchilli paste.sauté it well.Add required amount of salt and all the spices.Fry the masala paste till it releases oil

Now add the cleaned and washed gobhi danthal.sauté it well so that all the spices mix evenly..Add 1/2 cup of water and cook it for 3 whistles and switch off the gasl let it cool down the pressure of cooker.

After opening you will see sabzi is ready.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with paratha, poori or chapatti
