Ingredients

12-15 servings
  • 1 cuprice flour
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1/3 cupgrated white raddish
  • 1grated onion
  • 1 tbspgreen chillies ginger paste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 2 tbspoil
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for deep fry

Steps

    Mix all mentioned ingredients. Bind into dough with little water.

    Knead dough and make 12- 15 equal flattened balls. Roll each into thick 2" diameter puris with dry flour.
