An appetizer which is flavored with herbs & spices is a quick Indian party snack. Will turns out yummy when served with Mint chutney or amchur chutney
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Sift besan and rice flour in a bowl. Add spices and herbs. Mix well dry ingredients.
- 2
Add ginger-garlic paste, onions and chicken strips to it and little water to make Pakora batter.
- 3
Coat chicken well in batter.
- 4
Heat oil in a deep pan. Test by dropping a small batter. If it comes out means oil is ready to fry.
- 5
Leave chicken strips into oil one by one and fry till chicken get cooked.
- 6
Served with mint or amchur chutney.
