Ingredients

  • 2 cup Sweet Corn to blanch
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Corn to roast
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 sliced green olive for garnishing
  • 2 cup water

Steps

25-mins.
  1. 1

    Blanch sweet corn and grind into mixer grinder into smooth puree adding water. Dry roast sweet corn till crispy and gives burnt effect. Boil sweet corn puree till starts bubbling add salt and black pepper powder.

    Serve Healthy, Yummy, easy Sweet Corn Soup in a bowl and garnish with crispy Sweet Corn & Sliced green olives.
