Green Moong Soup

Take 1 cup boiled moong.

Add 1 cup water and add it to a grinder and make a smooth paste.

Chop the carrots and beans.

In a pan take carrots and beans and add 1 cup water and let it boil till soft.

Then add the moong puree, salt to taste, jeera powder, black pepper powder and mix well. Add little watercif required. Let it boil for 7-8 mins.Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot.Yummy and healthy oil free soup is ready.
