Mix flaxseed, oats, gram flour with spinach paste and curd very well add water as per requirement to make a light mixture.

Mix other vegetables and masala with the batter should not be thick. keep this batter for 10 minutes mix it again.

Then on a pan brush little ghee or white oil or butter.spread on the tawa on a low flame let till the lower side turns golden brown.

Apply little ghee on the top and flip it. Let it cook until it becomes golden brown.

Delicious and healthy oats palak chila is ready to serve for breakfast.
