Ingredients

30minutes
1 serving
  • 2 tsproasted oats
  • 2 tsproasted flax seeds
  • 2 tspgram flour
  • 1 tspsemolina
  • 8-10spinach leaves(boiled and grinded)
  • 2 tspcurd
  • 1 pinchchat masala
  • 2green chillies, finelly chopped
  • 1 tspchopped onion
  • 1Tomato (optional)
  • As per tasteSalt

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Mix flaxseed, oats, gram flour with spinach paste and curd very well add water as per requirement to make a light mixture.

  2. 2

    Mix other vegetables and masala with the batter should not be thick. keep this batter for 10 minutes mix it again.

  3. 3

    Then on a pan brush little ghee or white oil or butter.spread on the tawa on a low flame let till the lower side turns golden brown.

  4. 4

    Apply little ghee on the top and flip it. Let it cook until it becomes golden brown.

  5. 5

    Delicious and healthy oats palak chila is ready to serve for breakfast.
