Restaurant Style Meethi Matar Malai Recipe

First 250 gms Methi is cleaned and cut.

Add in a pan 1 tbsp ghee for frying methi 3 to 4 mins on medium flame.

Add 1 cup water in the same pan.

Add onion, chilli, Kaju, garlic, ginger, black pepper & dalchini.

Mix well & cover and cook 10 min on medium flame.

After 10 mins close gas & cool properly.

After cool remove water & grind into fine paste.

Add in a pan 3 tbsp oil & add shahi jeera & bay leaf & fry 1 min.

Add paste and fry for 2 to 3 mins.

Add salt and garam masala & mix well & add ½ cup water.

Add matar & cover and cook for 12 mins.

After 12 mins add methi mix well & 1 cup fresh malai mix well add 4 tbsp water & ¼ tsp black pepper powder

Cover & cook only 2 to 3 mins.
