In a bowl mix all the chopped vegetables, lastly add chopped garlic mix well.

Take a ladi of 8 pav, give them vertical and horizontal slits making sure not to break them.

Open carefully and fill the stuffing generously.

Heat oven to 180 degrees for ten minutes.

Mix melted butter, chopped garlic and chopped coriander. Brush it on top of the pav all over generously.

Bake for about 10 minutes,till cheese melts and top crust gets slightly golden.

Serve hot. Let everyone pull the pav and eat.,to get the stringy texture of cheese.
