Sub sy pehle dal dho kar 1 hour ke liye bhigo dein us ke baad boil kar lein khayal rahe dal achi gal jaye lekin tote nahi

Aub oil garam krein ginger garlic paste add krein 2 min pakain phir tomato add kar ke cover kar dein take tamatar soft ho jain

Tamatar soft ho jain tu red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, Tarmiric powder,salt, sabit dhanya kutta hoa add kar dein aur ache sy bhon lein

Jab masala bhon jaye aur oil alag ho jaye tu boil dal add kar ke mix krein aur thora pani bhi add krein halki si gravy ke liye 5 min pakain

5 min baad green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger Julian cut, kasori methi add krein aur slow flame par 5 min dam laga dein 5 min baad dal ready hai
