Pehle palak ko cut kar ke ache se wash kar le, or cooker me palak or salt dal kar low flame per 1/2 hour tak pakaye.

Ab palak ke thanda hone ke baad ise grinder se halka sa grind kar le.

Ab ik pan le usme desi ghee garam karein chooped onion or green chilli dale or brown hone ke baad chopped tomato dale soft hone tak pakaye aab sare masale dal kar ache se mix kar le.

Ab palak or panner cubes dale or 3-4 min tak cook karein.
- 5
Palak panner ready to serve.
