Steps

Mix jaggery, water, fennel seeds and green cardamoms into a watery solution.

In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, 4 tbsp ghee, coconut and prepare a dough with the help of jaggery solution as that for making chapatis.

Take a lump of dough, press it flat on your palm like a peda then press it against a sancha for making thekua.

Like wise make all the thekuas.

Heat ghee in a karahi and deep fry it in ghee till reddish brown.

Serve when completely cooled.
