Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry for 3mins

Add ginger garlic paste fry well.

Then add tomatoes and cook for 5mins

Now add all seasoning and yogurt and cook till oil comes up

At this point add boiled brain and mix well.

Dish out and garnish with green chilies, coriander, ginger

Serve hot with Chapati.
