Steps

Heat butter, add onion, garlic and bay leaf,. Saute till 2 min.

Now add chopped tomato and carrot. Add salt. Cook for 2 min. Add water, cover it and cook for 10 min.

Remove bay leaf, cool it and blend it. Sieve it.

Now heat a pan,add butter, now add tomato mixture, add 1/2cup of water, sugar, and pepper. Add cream, mix well tomato soup is ready.
