Steps

Take curd in a bowl add water and stir well till smoth

Add ginger and green chilli paste,turmeric powder and salt asafoetida

Add1/2tspof lemon juice

Add gram flour and mix till all the lumps are desolved and you get smooth batter

After that we pour the better in frying pan on stove and keep the flame low we have to continuously stir so that the lumps don't form

After that we will grease the back side of plate and put batter on plate and cut it straight let it cool a bit and then begin to roll

Heat oil and crackle mustard seeds then garnish khandvi with coriander leaves
