First take cholle put it in water for a night. Next day boil the cholle in cooker for 30 minutes and put salt in it.put onion, ginger, tomato and grind it.

Than take a pan put oil in it. Put the mixture that we have grinded in it. Wait for 10 minutes. Than put salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, chana masala. Wait for 15 minutes. Than yours cholle is ready.

Now we have to make the dough for bhatura. First take a container than put maida, curd, water, baking powder, oil mix it. Put it undisturbed for 60 minutes. Than make dough of it and fry it in oil in 500g oil.

Your cholle bhature is ready.
