Ingredients

  • 1 cupsemolina
  • 1 &1/2 tbspwheat flour
  • 1onion chopped
  • Handful chopped fenugreek leaves
  • 2boil mashed potatoes
  • 1 &1/2 tbspcauliflower grated
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • pinch each ajwain & jeera
  • Pinchred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix semolina, wheat flour, salt, jeera, ajwain & all veggies.

  2. 2

    If needed add water & make soft dough &keep aside for 10 mins.

  3. 3

    After few minutes spread ghee/oil in dough & again Knead.

  4. 4

    Take ball size dough & make thick chapati

    Dry Cook half done & take it off from tawa & roll it again with the help of rolling pin.

    Cook till golden brown from both sides with the help of mustard oil

  7. 7

    Serve with butter and tangy spicy mirch pickle.
