Baked Rosemary chicken with carrots and potatoes

Wash clean the chicken. Trim off the excess skin and fats. Let excess water drip. Make marinade using salt, pepper, lemon juice, Rosemary leaves, ginger and garlic. Rub gently the marinade in and on the chicken. Stuff the chicken with the lemons. Place the chopped carrots and potatoes on a greased oven tray, season and put the chicken on top.

Bake them them at 200 degrees Celsius in the oven for 40 minutes.flip the chicken at the 20 minutes mark. Check if we'll done before removing from the oven.

Serve, garnish and enjoy
