Wash offal's,separate soft and tough parts,season with spices,massage and marinate both without salt, cook tough parts first with enough water and pepper soup spices on medium heat,when half done,add soft parts and crayfish,cook up to 20mins,depending on meat texture or type,taste to adjust with salt,add green leaves last,stir,cook for 5mins,boom!!!Enjoy!!!
