  • 3fish (any fish)
  • salt
  • vegetable oil
  • 5 gbutter
  • 1-1/2 tablespoonsoy sauce

    Salt fish both sides.

    Fry with vegetable oil and cover with lid.

    Turn over and fry both sides.

    Sprinkle butter and soy sauce. And cook a little then put soy butter sauce on fish.

    Garnish with vegetables (boiled spinach seasoned with sesame oil and soy sauce)
