In a thick bottomed pan add beetroot, ginger, tomatoes and 1 glass water salt as par taste now cover and cook until becomes tender on lower flame.

Now heat the wok with butter then add prepared liquid, black pepper powder, black salt, some salt stir it 5 mins on medium flame.

Now add some chopped mint, fresh cream stir and mix well cook for 2 mins on medium flame.

Now remove the serving bowl and garnish with some mint leaves.
