Steps

Take a pressure cooker and heat 1 tsp ghee and roast the dalia for 2 minutes or till it turns aromatic.

Now put 1 cup of water and tomato puree and pressure cook for 2 whistles.

Heat another 2tsp of ghee in a kadhai and put mustard seeds and hing. Now put onion, green peas, carrot, green chilli and salt and cook on low flame on low flame for 5 minutes.

Put pressure cooked dalia in cooked vegetables and stir nicely. Cook for 1 minute and switch off the flame.

Serve hot with a bowl of curd.
