Ingredients

2 servings
  • 4medium sized boiled potatoes
  • 2 tbspcornflour
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • to tasteChilli powder
  • to tasteGaram masala
  • as per tasteturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/4 tspCarom seeds
  • 1green chilli finely chopped
  • handfulcoriander leaves
  • as requiredOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mixed all that ingredients together except oil.

  2. 2

    Combine all this to make a dough.

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into small equal portion.

  4. 4

    Flatten the balls to makes tikki.

  5. 5

    Roll the tikki with some dry cornflour.

  6. 6

    Heat the oil & deep fry the tikki til golden crisp.

  7. 7

    Serve hot.
