This is a quick snack famous in Punjab.. Even if you dont have dry fruits or khoya it still tastes yummy and creamy..

Steps

In a sauce pan add ghee and hand crushed sewiyan and saute till light brown.

Then add 1 mug milk and sugar and cook on low flame until sewaiyan are cooked and milk thickens.

At this point you can add more milk if you feel. But I used 1 mug only.

Then add balai and dry fruits and cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

Leave a little milky texture as it dries away within minutes.

Serve hot.
