Ingredients

15-20 mins
4 person
  1. 1 cuphand crushed vermicelli(sewaiyan)
  2. 1 1/4mug milk
  3. 1 tbspghee
  4. 2 tbspfresh cream or balai
  5. 3-4 tspsugar
  6. Dry fruit of your choice (optional)

Steps

15-20 mins
  1. 1

    In a sauce pan add ghee and hand crushed sewiyan and saute till light brown.

  2. 2

    Then add 1 mug milk and sugar and cook on low flame until sewaiyan are cooked and milk thickens.

  3. 3

    At this point you can add more milk if you feel. But I used 1 mug only.

  4. 4

    Then add balai and dry fruits and cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

  5. 5

    Leave a little milky texture as it dries away within minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve hot.
