Boil the water and add little salt in this snd mix flour and keep aside for 15 mins

Now knead a smooth dough of that mixture

In a pan heat ghee and add boiled chana dal

Now add ginger, black pepper, salt and jaggery and mix well

Now roll a mini chapati of dough and stuff with prepared stuffing

Fold the roti and steam for 10-15 mins and serve hot
