Clean the crab and make a wash with turmeric and salt

Chop onion and tomatoes

Heat a pan add oil, when oil heats up add fennel seeds fry it little time then add curry leaves and green chilli

Add onion and saute till golden brown colour

Keep the flame in low then add ginger garlic paste fry till raw smell gine then add masala powders keep satue masalas with onion then add tomatoes cook tomatoes till mushy

After onion tomato masala leaves oil from sides then add crab mix and cook with masala after two minutes add some water to cook and close with lid for 5 minutes

After 5 minutes add coconut milk and cook without lid for 5 minutes

Crab masala is ready to eat now enjoy with rice or pulav
