In a pan heat oil and add onion and fry golden brown then add ginger garlic, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,corinder powder,kuti lal mirch, salt & tomatoes.then add meat and 2 cup water

Cook till water dries and meat tenders meat ko achi trha bhoon lein..palak ko cut kar ke achi trha dho lein 3 to 4 time pani nikal lein.now add palak & soya leaves in meat

And cook till the water dries cover and simmer for 10 minutes

When the oil separates off the flame.palak gosht is ready to serve

Palak gosht is ready. Serve it with roti.
