Now apply some clarified butter and dust All-purpose flour. Make small pleats together. Dust in flour and roll into a circular shape.

Heat tawa over medium heat, add the rolled out Malabar cook without ghee for few seconds then apply oil for both sides.

Then crispy malabar ready to eat.
