Ingredients

  • 2 cupsAll purpose flour
  • 2 tspclarified butter
  • 1/2 cuplukewarm milk
  • 1/2 tsppowdered sugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • as required lukewarm water
  • 1 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take mixing bowl then add all ingredients mix and make a firm dough rest for 15 - 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Divide equal portion and roll them into balls. Place a ball and roll on a rolling pin in a thin sheet.

    Now apply some clarified butter and dust All-purpose flour. Make small pleats together. Dust in flour and roll into a circular shape.

    Heat tawa over medium heat, add the rolled out Malabar cook without ghee for few seconds then apply oil for both sides.

    Then crispy malabar ready to eat.
