Steps

Break the eggs in a bowl. Add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder. Mix well.

Heat oil. Pour the egg mixture. Cook nicely on both sides. Keep it aside.

Cut the omlette into small square sizes.

Now in a pan, heat oil. Add diced garlic, green chillies, capsicum and onion. Saute well.

Add soya sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato sauce and salt as required. Mix everything nicely.

Now add the Omlettes. Mix well. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
