Ingredients

  1. Chicken boneless half kg
  2. Oil for frying
  3. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 1 tspChicken powder
  7. 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  8. 1/2 tspWhite pepper
  9. 1 tbspChilli sauce
  10. Flour 2 table spoons
  11. 1Egg
  12. 1/2 cupSeasame seeds
  13. Bread crumbs as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Take chicken boneless cubes add all ingredient mentioned above except bread crumbs and Seasame seeds.

  2. 2

    Marinate for about 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Mix bread crumbs and Seasame seeds well.

  4. 4

    Now take chicken cubes and coat with crumbs and deep fry them in hot oil.
