Rabadi Gajar halwa with Gulabjamun

Peel, wash and grate the carrots. Heat a big pan and start roasting the carrots till water removes nicely. Make a rabdi in 2nd side in big vessel without sugar. Add 1-1 spoon ghee after water removes from carrots.

Mix rabdi in carrots. Mix nicely. And roast well. Now add sugar and roast again.

When it becomes reddish in colour and start removing the ghee little it's ready. Now add cardamom without crushing.

Serve hot with hot Gulab Jamun.
