Ingredients

  1. 5eggs
  2. 2-3Onions
  3. 1Tomato
  4. 1-2Green chilli
  5. 1/2 Teaspoonred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 Teaspoonturmeric powder
  7. 1 Teaspoongaram masala powder
  8. 2 Strandsfresh coriander leaves
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. 2-3 Teaspoonsoil

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take A deep Kadai/ pan. Heat oil and add finely chopped onions and cook for few minutes until it turns golden pink.

    Now add finely.chopped tomato and green chilli. Sprinkle some salt so that tomato is cooked soon. Cover it for 1 minute

    Now add turmeric red chilli and mix well. Turn the flame to low. Then break the eggs in the pan one by one.

    And let it cook little for few seconds on low flame than with the help of A sharp-edged cooking spoon start making keema of the eggs by churning it. While doing this hold the vessel from one side firmly otherwise it may fall off the flame.

    Keep on doing this for a few minutes until all the stuff is properly churned as keema / bhurji. Finally sprinkle some garam masala powder and finely chopped coriander. Serve hot with some soft yummy roti/naan / roasted bread slices.
