2 cupskala chana boiled
1carrot crush
1/2beetroot
100 gmscabbage
1onion
1tomato
as requiredFresh coriander
1 tspchat masala
1 tspred chilli powder
to tasteSalt
1 tspoil
1 tspcoriander powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspgaram masala
1lemon juice

All veggies finely crush and keep aside.

Then take a pan add oil and heat it. Add all spices then add boiled chana and saute it.

Transfer the chana in a big bowl and add all crush veggies add lemon juice mix well, ready to serve.
