Ingredients

  1. 2.5 lbsbeef stew meat
  2. 1lipton onion soup mix pack
  3. 1whole package mushrooms
  4. 2 canscream of mushroom soup
  5. 8 ozcream cheese block at room temperature
  6. Halfcup sour cream at room temperature
  7. Flour or cornstarch

Steps

  1. 1

    Put meat, lipton soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms in crockpot. Mix together

  2. 2

    Put on low for 8 hours. Half hour before it's done cut up cream cheese and put in pot with sour cream.

  3. 3

    Stir in thickener if desired. Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
