Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbsbeef stew meat
  • 1lipton onion soup mix pack
  • 1whole package mushrooms
  • 2 canscream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ozcream cheese block at room temperature
  • Halfcup sour cream at room temperature
  • Flour or cornstarch

Steps

  1. 1

    Put meat, lipton soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms in crockpot. Mix together

  2. 2

    Put on low for 8 hours. Half hour before it's done cut up cream cheese and put in pot with sour cream.

  3. 3

    Stir in thickener if desired. Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
