First pressure cook kabuli chana with little salt.Take non stick pan for less oil consumption add cumin seeds start crackling add chopped onion. Fry till raw smell goes off add tomato,ginger garlic paste.fry little add salt and dry masala and anardana.

Now add boiled chana mix thoroughly. Cover it for 1-2minutes turn off flame. Now ready healthy chatpata kabuli chana.
