This week I am on a diet again but me and my family are obsessed with hamburger. This wholegrain recipe is very suitable for you if you want to have a low calorie hamburger.

First, add flour, yeast, salt and sugar and stir. And then add milk, water and olive oil. Mix them nearly 10 min with mixer. You will have a very soft dough. Never add more flour. Wait for 1 or 2 hours and make shapes. Put them on tray and wait for 10 more minutes. Bake 180 preheated oven for 20 minutes. This is also perfect for you breakfast. Enjoy!
