Use soy milk, coconut milk, or almond milk for vegan diet
Cooking Instructions

Mash bananas with a fork.

Mix plain flourx sugar, vanilla,and baking powder in a mixing bowl
- 3
Add mashed bananas and milk, mix well.

Pre-heat non stick pan, pour banana mixture on the pan, turn to the other side when one side cooks.

Enjoy with honey or mapple syrup.

Its healthy, a combination of fruit and protein. No need for sugar since bananas are naturally sweet. You can also try adding some chocolate chips or dress them with syrup on top.They are pretty simple to make but its quite tricky especially the flipping part. I find it very important that you brush your pan with butter. Keep them small about 3inches so it would cook quickly and easier to flip. Before flipping, make sure the edges are set and the middle starts to bubble. Gently, and slowly lift half of the pancake and flip! Albee Charis Ponio -
