  1. 1.5 lbsbeef stew meat
  2. 1.5 lbspotatoes
  3. 6cut up carrots
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 3celery ribs chopped
  6. 4 tbspflour
  7. 3 tbspOlive oil
  8. 1 candiced tomatoes
  9. 1 canbeef broth
  10. Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put potatoes, carrots, onion and celery in crockpot. Brown meat using flour and olive oil. Put over vegetables.

    Mix broth, tomatoes salt and pepper. Pour over meat.

  3. 3

    Cook on low for 8 hours on low.
