Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • 3Eggs
  • Onion
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Cube
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes and wash with water then slice it and allow to drain

  2. 2

    Sprinkle a pinch of salt and fry in a hot oil till golden brown

  3. 3

    Whisk egg and add diced onion and scotch bonnet and cube

  4. 4

    Fry with little oil and serve with hot tea
