Sprouted Moong Salad

First Soak Moong in water for 3 to 4 hours.

Then drain the water of and tie the Moong in a Muslin Cloth for over night.

When you check the moong in the morning, you will find it sprouted.

Now, take a bowl and add finely chopped tomato and cabbage. Also add sprouted moong.

Now, Squise half lemon in it. Also add chaat masala and salt to taste.

Mix it well with a ladden and garnish it with some chopped coriander.

Sprouted Moong Salad is ready.
