Steps

Add onion, tomato, green chilli in a mixture, make a paste.

Cut the potatoes. Add oil in a cooker add cumin seeds, onion tomato paste and saute it.

Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and saute it.

When leaves the oil add potatoes and water take 2-3 whistles. Add garam masala.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
