Preparing Sugar syrup - Take 2 cups of sugar for 1 cup of water, boil it till it becomes half sting (sticky)

Bundi making - Take 1.5 Besan flour and add 1 cup of water to it. Take Bundi Jhara/Karandi and heat oil, once it is heated pour besan flour mixture on Bundi Jhara in small quantities at regular intervals. Shake the Bundi Jhara at regular intervals, to make perfect Bundi. Make it half boiled.

Mix Bundi in Sugar syrup, then add clove, Elachi powder, fried cashew nut and fried dry grapes. Mix all well.

Make the mixture into round balls to make Laddu.
